Hi! My name is Christi Frey and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma with over 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in assisting clients with trauma and abuse, anxiety and adjustment issues, relationship difficulties, depression, and more. My primary goal is to provide you with a safe, caring environment in which together we can process the issues and the feelings around them. My counseling style is positive, interactive and concrete.
